Pam has over twenty years of progressive strategic financial experience working in a variety of industries, including real estate development and construction, telecom, distribution, technology services, and financial consulting.  Pam’s experience includes working closely with business owners and management teams to map out and execute practical strategies for improved cash flow and profitability.  She has had repeated success in guiding cross-functional teams to reach their objectives.  She has also been recognized for creative out-of-the-box solutions to business issues, her ability to communicate financial and business strategies to all levels of management, and proven skills in building consensus on company direction.  Pam’s prior roles include Senior Vice President of Special Projects at First Colony Corporation, serving as an independent consultant providing fractional CFO services to middle-market companies in the Carolinas, Treasurer at Baker & Taylor, Assistant Treasurer at FairPoint Communications, and various positions at Bank of America including Vice President at AMRESCO.

Pam earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and her MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University.  Pam is an active volunteer at Myers Park High School and her church in Charlotte.
